Crisis Resources

Suicide and Crisis Lifeline 988 (call, text, or chat) and ask for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS).

MRSS is a statewide behavioral health crisis support for youth ages 20 and under. You define the crisis. If it feels like one, call 988 and ask for MRSS. There is no cost to use MRSS; you do not need insurance.
